Our client is seeking a structured and committed Senior Project Manager for a consultant assignment from 2025-05-12 to 2026-05-08, with the possibility of extension. The company offers an environment where you will play a key role in leading major industrial projects and collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the key link between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, leading large-scale industrial projects to successful completion. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the projects meet financial, technical, and quality objectives, while adhering to schedules and safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all project aspects, from planning and execution to financial management and delivery, ensuring projects meet their objectives.
• Develop detailed schedules, track progress, and ensure milestones are met to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Organize internal and external project meetings, manage risks, and identify opportunities to improve project outcomes.
• Manage procurement in collaboration with strategic purchasing, ensuring contract terms are adhered to.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in project management, ideally in the industrial or technical field.
• Strong financial understanding, with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, and work environment standards.
• Experience leading large projects and teams.
• Project management certification (B-level) is required.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
  
  

Familiarity with delivery terms and experience in risk, opportunity, and problem management within industrial projects is preferred but not required.
