Our client is currently looking for a CMF Designer for their office in Stockholm. As a CMF Designer, you will creatively inspire, lead, and develop color, materials, and finishes. In this role you will contribute to their goal of making a positive impact on people’s everyday lives by creating meaningful experience solutions. You will balance independent work and team collaboration, leveraging others’ ideas and guiding them toward solutions. 

This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible, initially running until December 31, 2025.

Main Tasks

• Lead CMF across multiple product development projects
• Help create and develop CMF strategies and color/material palettes for different brands or categories
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure CMF designs are implemented correctly
• Create guidelines and templates for colors, textures, and graphics
• Support innovation projects by exploring new design ideas for the future
  
  

Qualifications

• A degree in Industrial Design or a related design field
• At least 5 years of CMF (colour, material and finishes) experience, preferably from an industry-leading corporation
• Confident using 2D and 3D design tools (Adobe AI/PS/ID, Keyshot etc)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
