About the Role as Customer Service Representative
Customer service is at the heart of any great company – and in this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, solving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll represent the company’s values and be key to building long-term customer satisfaction.

Examples of tasks as a Sales Representative:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide product or service information and help resolve any issues
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes or procedures
• Update customer records and document interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handling of cases
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes

Your Background:

• Fluent in Dutch and Swedish and/or English
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
